Tipperary - Carrick-on-Suir - transfer of administration from Waterford to Clonmel Court Office

Important Notice regarding the transfer of administration of Carrick-on-Suir District Court effective from 3rd day of May 2022 until further notice

In accordance with the direction of District Judge Brian O’Shea pursuant to the Courts of Justice Act 1953, sec. 27 (3) and the District Court Rules, Order 2, rule 1 (2):

- Effective from the 3rd day of May, 2022 the administration of Carrick-on-Suir will transfer from Waterford Court Office to Clonmel Court Office.  All documents pertaining to Carrick-on-Suir District Court should be lodged in Clonmel Court Office, The Courthouse, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, E91 P6P6.  The venue for Court Sittings will remain unchanged.
